A handwritten recipe book, covered in craft paper, held together by a simple piece of string.
Deported by the nazis in Terezin, Mina Pächter wrote down, before dying of starvation, her best recipes to send to her daughter who had escaped to Palestine.
It took twenty years for the book to fall into the hands of her daughter…
