A small village of Normandy is getting ready to welcome a new family without knowing who they are.
The mayor is totally in favor, the local sheriff fears for his tranquility, others get all exited by their new welcoming mission whilst the youngest observe amused how the elders may be disturbed.
Time goes by, authorizations are delayed, elections confirm the extreme right wing’s progress and after a year the family finally arrives from Syria.
