In the south of France, the Chauvet Cave contains the earliest known and best preserved figurative cave paintings in the world.
To preserve the cave, a reproduction opened to the public was built near the original one.
How did this realization come about? Technicians, scenographers, architects, sculptors, computer scientists, artists tell us ... A real adventure of several years makes us penetrate the heart of prehistoric images.
