Today anyone has a TV channel that corresponds to his “needs”. Is it a surprise that more than a 100 TVs have recently been launched for a viewer that can’t even switch on a TV?
Every year TV programs for toddlers (from 6 months to two years) are attracting new parents convinced of their educational value.
Taking a closer look at how the programs are put together and how they justify their purpose, the film decrypts the scientific and social stakes involved in this new media by examining research conducted in France and the United States on effect of TV on very young children.
It opens fascinating perspectives on the mental and emotional universe of babies.
